Our scope of work encompasses preliminary site visits; determining the financial and visual feasibility of the project; through to master planning, concept design for both course and housing areas, and routing design.

We have recently formed a strategic alliance with Schmidt-Curley Design Inc. to enhance the calibre of golf course design, turn-key construction and construction management services that we are able to offer investors both in Thailand and throughout Asia .

Schmidt-Curley Design was established in the US in 1997 by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley. Lee himself worked as Senior Design Associate for Jack Nicklaus for 7 years and has 32 years of experience as a Superintendent, Architect and Builder.

Brian had previously spent much of his 20-year career with Landmark Golf Company in the US, focusing specifically on course design and construction. Their work in the Region includes the re-design of Muang Kaew Golf Club in Bangkok and the new Amata Spring Country Club in Chonburi, Thailand. Lee Schmidt was also the lead designer for Spring City Resort in Kunming, China, while his partner Brian Curley coordinated the design and master planning effort for eight of the courses at the Mission Hills project in Shenzhen, China .
